Over 15 years, I have built a deep and diverse range of leadership, coaching and training experience. I have worked closely with clients around the world from varying industries, including corporate, public sector, education, SMEs and not-for-profit. My breadth of experience in training and coaching positions across a range of sectors led to me becoming Head of an international training department managing over 1,000 trainers.
I have been a volunteer mentor on the Chwarae Teg Mentoring programme, working to build confidence in future female leaders in Wales. Working at Director level executive coaching, I work with individuals to make decisions around their own authentic leadership styles. A blend of real life leadership experience, formal qualifications (in coaching, training & psychometrics) and working with renowned thought leaders, enables me to be a flexible and adaptable trainer and coach with a people-led approach to learning.

I can facilitate participatory meetings and strategic development workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® Method and Materials.
Facilitation opens up opportunities to embrace diversity, practise deeper listening skills and to be mindful of your actions. Begin to solve real life work problems through metaphors with a fresh perspective. Tell stories by building lego as a 3D representation of your thoughts for deeper meaning and gain insights into your co-workers to build trust.
