We all experience big emotions but sometimes struggle to recognise and respond to them. It can be unnerving and disorientating and can lead to disruptive behaviour. As a Licensed Relax Kids Coach and Just Relax for Adults Coach, I support children of all ages and adults to find their calm, understand their feelings and gain emotional strength. During a 1 - 2 hour group session move through the 7 steps to relaxation (Move - Play - Stretch - Feel - Breathe - Believe - Relax) to create a little bit of calm in the chaos.

Working 1-2-1 I will introduce you to mindful techniques and coach you to bring mindful moments into your every day life and working practises. Identify your stress triggers and take action to re-frame your thinking and take positive actions to create a growth mindset.

 
 
 

Relax Kids & Just Relax for Busy Adults Workshops.

This approach uses research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compassion) to help support emotional health and wellbeing.

In-house workshops available for your team.  Invite them to take one hour out of the busyness to join a Just Relax for Adults workshop.  Moving through the 7 steps to relaxation, a reminder of quick and effective relaxation techniques to apply to our everyday lives. Take home approaches to access anytime to help you feel in control and more able to cope.
