Liz delivered tailored sessions of Just Relax and Relax Kids to staff and students. The staff sessions were packed full of tips on simple ideas of how and when teachers and educational support staff could find moments to relax. In my opinion it was a sensible and easy way to fit mindfulness into a busy life.
The sessions for students were equally useful, tips on how to tame your Meerkat were very useful and very easy for students to work into their lives. All of the sessions delivered by Liz have been welcoming, easy to follow and have managed to get all participants engaged to a level that they feel comfortable with.
Liz ran a wonderful course on MindMapping for my Managing Change module (3rd year Applied Software Engineering BSc). The students used these techniques to help them plan their business cases. I have also found it very useful and have been using the techniques when planning my courses and curriculum.
Liz is a key member of our Executive CoachPlus capability. Her work as a transformational coach is praised by clients and we are delighted to utilise her skills in the delivery of our programmes to national corporate clients.
Staff feedback from Liz’s professional learning seminar on the subject of Mind Mapping was so positive that we have since invited Liz to contribute to several more staff development sessions on a variety of subjects. Liz has also run Mind Mapping sessions with sixth form students which have been equally impactful and have helped to develop their study skills and further prepare the students for their examinations. I had always wanted to explore Mind Mapping, and I’m SO glad I did so with Liz!
